Shiseido Labor Union

On Friday, February 20, the 2026 annual Central Convention was held, and delegates deliberated on the activity policies and budget proposals for the 26th fiscal year. All the proposals were approved.

In the union's activities in 2026, we will focus on the following pillars: "Activities that achieve the maintenance and improvement of working conditions, starting with the voices of union members" and "Promoting the creation of a comfortable working environment by exercising our management oversight function."

Based on our philosophy, "Both ourselves and our fellow workers are happy. The development of the company comes with the happiness of its employees." we will promote activities that make people feel warmly connected. We ask for your active participation in the labor union.
