Shiseido Labor Union

On Thursday, February 22, the 2024 annual Central Convention was held, and delegates deliberated on the activity policies and budget proposals for the 24th fiscal year. All the proposals were approved.

In the union's activities in 2024, we will promote initiatives based on the pillars of "activities that value human-to-human relationships" and "creating a healthy and comfortable working environment in response to social and environmental changes. Based on our philosophy, "Both ourselves and our fellow workers are happy. The development of the company comes with the happiness of its employees." we will promote activities that make people feel warmly connected.
