「質の高いコミュニケーション」とは目的を明確にし、相手との関係性や状況に応じて、
伝え方や情報量を適切に選び、相互理解を実現することです。
「必要な場面で言いにくいことをどう伝えるか」そして、それを「どう受け止めるか」
伝える側・受け止める側の両面から本当に必要な「ジャストコミュニケーション」について学んでいきます。
